How long does it take for my order to be produced and delivered?
Manufacturing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take a bit of time to become available, as we utilize various mail services and carriers to dispatch your parcel to the shipping service.
Delivery times vary, generally taking 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country.

What is your refund and return policy?

What if my parcel arrived damaged?
If this unfortunate situation occurs, please send us detailed photos of the damaged item and its parts. This will enable us to promptly send you replacement elements or a replacement item.
In cases of substantial damage, we may request the client to file a claim with UPS. Taking these steps not only assists in addressing the current issue but also helps us implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in submitting a claim to UPS when necessary.
What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is lost, we will receive official confirmation from the delivery service. In such instances, customers have the option to choose either a refund or a replacement parcel.
You will be notified via email if your parcel is lost. Please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation promptly.
What if the parcel is delayed?
We would like to inform you that all delivery services are experiencing high demand, especially during the holiday season. The closer it gets to the holidays, the longer delivery times may be. To ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance (for example, in February).
Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by factors such as bad weather or holiday-related overloads. However, if your parcel arrives later than expected, don't worry. We'll happily refund your shipping costs as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.
What if my order is untrackable
If your tracking status reads 'Pre-transit / Label created / USPS currently awaiting package,' it indicates that your parcel has left Viet Nam and is en route to the destination country.
Please be aware that, due to the closure of Viet Nam airspace, we are dispatching all parcels by air to the destination country.
Your tracking status will be updated as soon as the parcel arrives in the destination country. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait until the parcel reaches your country.
